In collaboration with the Bacardi team, we introduced a program at Diego Chicago, offering a space for industry workers to unwind and be taken care of after a hard night's work. Urban Bar's founder had her most peaceful moments in Carolina, Puerto Rico, where she would relax with a minty mojito in hand, overlooking the ocean and listening to salsa music. She wanted to recreate that feeling of tranquility and joy for the industry family here in Chicago.
